*All sessions are held either over the phone, via Skype, or in person. Perfect for those who have busy schedules and wish to have support where and when they need it most. Have me “by your side” to support you in you health and lifestyle goals.

This tailored program will provide you with:

  • Free initial consultation held over the phone, on Skype, in person

  • Bi-weekly or Weekly 1 hour sessions available

  • Unlimited Coaching and Support- Email support between sessions (48 hr turn around-typically faster)

  • Fitness Evaluation, ideal body weight calculations, resting heart rate calculations, training plan, and calorie calculations

  • Food and Nutrition Education/Evaluation

  • Coaching and Support to make the dietary and lifestyle changes you want

  • Personalized motivational and emotional support

  • Post-session notes that can be referenced anytime to assist you on your wellness journey

  • Recommended lifestyle adjustments for a lifetime of balance and wellness

  • Weekly Inspiration- I’m in your corner, here to support you, and will provide you with a weekly inspiration email to keep you on your track accomplishing your personal goals

Sessions will be designed to meet your needs whether that means having me join you for a workout, or meet to discuss in detail your fitness plan, goals, science, and nutrition or a combination of both.
